Data we collect
To run this cloud POS service, we collect:
- Account data: business name, staff names, email, and PIN (stored encrypted).
- Operational data: transactions/sales, products, stock, purchasing, cash, customers (CRM/loyalty), and reports.
- Technical data: device, activity logs, and IP address for security and fraud detection.
How we use data
Data is used to provide cashier features, sync across devices, generate reports, prevent fraud, and provide support. For the AI Report and AI chat, a summary of your sales data is sent to an AI model provider to produce summaries and suggestions — this data is not used to train models and is not sold.
Storage & security
Data is stored in the cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up automatically. Each business’s data is isolated (never mixed with other businesses). Access is restricted by staff role via PIN; one account is active on one device.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Data is only shared with trusted infrastructure and AI model providers to run the service, or when required by law. Customer payments are processed through your own QRIS/EDC — we do not store card data or process payments.
Your rights
Your store sales and operational data belong to you. You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data.
- Report export is available for your bookkeeping.
- Account deletion removes data subject to legal retention obligations.
Cookies
We use cookies as needed for login sessions and preferences (e.g. language, light/dark theme). Not for third-party advertising.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced via the app or email.
