Acceptance

Kasiryuk is a cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) app for retail and restaurants on a subscription model. By registering or using Kasiryuk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account credentials confidential. Any activity from your account or terminal device is your responsibility. One account is active on one device (latest login wins).

• Grant staff access according to their role (cashier, waiter, kitchen, owner).
• Change your PIN immediately if you suspect it has leaked.

Subscription & payment

The service runs on a subscription model: start free, upgrade or downgrade anytime with no contract. Cancellation stops renewal in the next cycle; fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Customer payments (BYOC)

Payments from your customers use your own QRIS/EDC (BYOC) and are recorded manually at the register. Kasiryuk is not a payment service provider, does not hold funds, and takes no per-transaction cut — all money lands directly in your account. You must comply with your payment provider’s terms and must not misuse the service, including:

• Accessing the system without authorization or disrupting service operations.
• Using the service for activities that violate Indonesian law.

Data & content

Your store sales and operational data belong to you. We process data per the Privacy Policy to run the service, backups, and support; including sending summarized data to an AI model provider to produce the AI Report and AI chat. Tax calculation (PB1/PBJT for restaurants, VAT for retail) follows the settings you configure.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but scheduled maintenance may occur. The offline cashier feature helps transactions keep running during connection issues and syncs automatically once back online.

Termination

You can stop anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate the terms or fail to pay after notice.

Changes to terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the app or email.
